Chinese Democracy? sounded so different from the old band. The real GnR spirit just isn't there and that is why most lots of fans doesn't like it. As I said from my earlier comment VR's sound DID evolve, you're just being ignorant.

What you're hearing from it is their own sound, they have this unique sound that fans are able to tell right away. It's their play style/sound who makes them who they are. It's not that they didn't evolved, just that they have that element of their own music incorporated to everything they do and that's what sets the apart from other guys. I heard the Chinese Democracy record, I think the reason why alot old GnR? fans didn't like it is 'cause it sounded totally different from the original band.
